Jeff Aidikoff specializes in Elder Abuse litigation. He represents individuals and their estates in claims for physical neglect and abuse against nursing homes, long term care facilities and hospitals. In addition, Jeff litigates elder abuse claims in FINRA arbitration and superior court for financial fraud and abuse. Between physical and financial abuse, Jeff has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.
Jeff has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2015, 2016 and 2017, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of all Southern California attorneys. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which requires settlements and/or verdicts in excess of $1mil. He is also a Top 100 trial lawyer for the National Trial Lawyers organization and retains a Superb AVVO rating in nursing home abuse.
Since 2015, Jeff has served on the Board of Directors for the Exceptional Children’s Foundation, the only nonprofit in California that provides a lifetime continuum of services for disabled children, adults and seniors. In 2017, he was elected to serve as Secretary and Chairman of the Development Committee. He also volunteers for and/or supports Bet Tzedek, ASPCA, the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Wounded Warriors and Habitat for Humanity.
During law school, Jeff was a member of the Trial Advocates Honors Program, where he finished 1st in the Bonelli Trial Competition. He was also senior staff writer and Politics editor of the Commentator, a school publication focusing on political and world events.
