In November 2016, the second of back-to-back trials, Dan Kramer and Teresa Johnson along with the KTL team garnered another victory when a jury awarded a verdict in favor of their client in a three-vehicle accident case.
The plaintiff was driving on Wilshire Blvd. when she was struck from behind by a car which had been rear-ended by a third vehicle. The middle car was dismissed from the action, leaving only the third vehicle driver as a defendant. As a result of the collision, the plaintiff suffered permanent back injuries, and underwent two surgeries. After an eight day trial, the jury found the driver of the third vehicle entirely at fault for the accident, with no comparative fault placed on the plaintiff.
