Dan Kramer won his first jury trial as a partner of Kramer Holcomb Sheik LLP. After years of winning defense verdicts at his prior firm, Dan won a unanimous verdict on behalf of the plaintiff after taking over the case only two weeks before trial. During deliberation the jury asked if they were allowed to exceed the amount he requested during closing argument. This marks Dan’s eighth consecutive jury trial victory as lead counsel.
